Mr. Britton grew into the independent insurance agency in 1992. By 1999, he ventured out to expand the family business and started an Austin insurance agency from scratch. Under his guidance, both San Antonio and Austin location uphold the original mission of the agency; providing personal service while building relationships with clients. He enjoys helping others, live music, Barton Springs, South Town, local grub, and exploring Texas Parks with his dog Schokolade.

Our agency began in the heart of Robert Britton in 1985, and along the way he continued to build the dream, while working together with his son. Robert enjoys spending his free time at the Texas coast, playing golf, and trying to keep up with his four granddaughters.

Jack hails from Florida where he worked as a Ship Agent in Port Canaveral, prior to finding his insurance calling. He moved to Texas and came to our agency with a background in claims handling from Progressive corporate. He is a licensed Property & Casualty agent and the Client Service Manager for both the San Antonio and Austin insurance offices. In his spare time, Jack enjoys watching scary movies at Alamo Drafthouse, visiting wineries, cruises, and the Texas Hill Country.
